Room 3 Vintage Makes an OKC Antique Mall Feel Like a Time Machine

Room 3 Vintage in Oklahoma City is a large W. Britton Road vintage mall with mid-century furniture, vintage clothing, records, art, jewelry, oddities, metaphysical goods and ND Foods inside.

I’ve been through plenty of antique malls around Oklahoma City where the basic promise is simple: rows of booths, shelves of old stuff, and the hope that you notice the good thing before somebody else does.

Room 3 Vintage on W. Britton Road is working a different angle.

Yes, it is a large multi-vendor vintage mall. Yes, you’ll find mid-century furniture, clothing, records, jewelry, books, artwork, lighting, home décor and the usual “what even is this?” category that keeps places like this interesting. But calling it an antique mall doesn’t quite cover it.

The thing that stood out to me was how much of the place feels built instead of just stocked.

Walking Through Another Era

A lot of the vendor spaces at Room 3 are staged like little rooms. Drapes divide areas. Furniture is arranged into full scenes. Lamps, Christmas lights, neon and colored stage lights change the mood from one corner to the next.

One minute you’re flipping through vintage denim and jackets. Turn the corner, and you’re standing in something that looks like a living room from 1973, complete with the right lamp glow and furniture that makes the whole setup feel intentional.

Each booth has its own mix of art, collectibles, decor, and surprises.

That’s where Room 3 separates itself from the average antique mall. The presentation is part of the fun.

There are places where digging is the whole point. Room 3 still has plenty to dig through, but it also gives you these little environments to step into. It feels part vintage store, part antique mall, part interactive time machine.

The shop ranges from colorful retro corners to more traditional antique-style rooms.

And yes, that sounds a little dramatic until you’re standing under colored lights next to a record player and a piece of furniture your aunt probably owned in Tulsa in 1978.

Furniture, Clothes, Records and Weird Little Corners

The selection is big enough that you can lose track of what you came in looking for.

I saw mid-century modern furniture, old paintings and prints, vintage magazines, records, jewelry, books, lighting, home décor, projectors, record players and old video equipment. There’s plenty of vintage clothing too, including denim, jackets and racks that reward people who actually like to hunt.

The vintage electronics were probably my favorite part.

Old record players, projectors and other pieces of technology weren’t just sitting dead on a shelf. Some were worked into the displays with furniture, fabric, lamps and artwork around them. That small choice changes the whole feeling. You’re not just looking at an old object. You’re seeing it in the kind of room where it makes sense.

Room 3 also has a stranger side, in a good way. Mixed in with the furniture and clothing are crystals, herbs, incense, tarot cards, pagan and metaphysical items, oddities and witchcraft-related merchandise. On paper, that sounds like a lot to put under one roof.

In person, it works.

It gives the store a wider personality than just “retro furniture and old records.” You can go from a mid-century chair to tarot cards to a stack of books to a lamp that looks like it has seen three apartments and one divorce. That is the proper vintage mall ecosystem.

More Than a Quick Browse

Room 3 Vintage has been around since 2017, and the multi-vendor setup means the store can change a lot between visits. Different dealers bring different eyes to the space, so one section may lean mid-century, another might go boho, another might get into oddities, clothing or art.

There’s also food in the building. ND Foods operates a deli and bakery at the same address, serving sandwiches, cakes, desserts and pies. Because apparently wandering through several decades of furniture and strange objects wasn’t already enough reason to stay awhile.

What I liked most about Room 3 is that it feels intentional.

Some antique malls are fun because they’re chaotic. Room 3 is fun because so many of the spaces feel designed. The fabrics, lighting, old tech, artwork and furniture make each area feel like its own little world.

Even if you aren’t shopping for anything specific, it is a good place to walk through and see what people have built. If you are hunting for vintage furniture, clothing, records, art, jewelry, old electronics, metaphysical goods or one of those odd little finds that only makes sense once you see it, Room 3 gives you plenty of ground to cover.

Just don’t go in thinking you’ll only be there for five minutes. That is how the afternoon gets you.
