The Claw Factory in Edmond Is Built for the Little Thrill of Beating the Claw

The Claw Factory in Edmond, OK is a claw-machine and gacha arcade with plush toys, anime figures, Pokemon-style prizes, collectibles, point-redemption prizes, and party options.

The first thing to know about The Claw Factory in Edmond is that it is not a regular arcade with a few claw machines shoved in the corner. The claw machines are the point.

I stopped in for the kind of low-stakes fun that still somehow gets competitive after about three tries. You know the feeling. You tell yourself you are just going to play once, then the claw drops half an inch wrong, and suddenly you are studying the machine like you are coaching a fourth-quarter drive.

The Claw Factory sits in Edmond Market Place at 3325 S Boulevard, Suite 187, in that south Edmond stretch near E 33rd Street. It is close to places like Natural Grocers, Meiji Ramen, Panang 5 Thai Restaurant, Great Clips, and OrangeTheory, which makes it an easy add-on if you are already over there running errands or grabbing food.

Inside, the setup is bright, simple, and very focused. The business bills itself as a claw-machine and gacha arcade, and the official site lists 38 claw machines and 40 gacha capsule machines. That tracks with the feel of the place. It is rows of machines, plush toys, capsule prizes, and collectible odds-and-ends that make you pick a target and immediately think, “I can get that.”

What Kind of Prizes Are We Talking About?

The prize mix is the fun part. The Claw Factory leans into the stuff people actually chase now: plushies, anime figures, Sanrio-style collectibles, Labubu and Pop Mart-style figures, Pokemon-related prizes, blind-box surprises, gacha capsules, giant plush toys, and other rotating collectibles.

There is also a point-redemption side to it, so it is not only about whether you walk out with the exact plush you had your eye on. The official site describes collectible prizes and redemption prizes, which gives the place a little more structure than the old grocery-store claw machine where your best outcome was a lopsided teddy bear and a lesson in humility.

The coin packages listed online are straightforward: $10 for 10 coins, $20 for 22 coins, $50 for 56 coins, and $100 for 118 coins. That is useful to know before you walk in with kids, because claw machines have a way of turning “just a few minutes” into a small family budget meeting.

A Good Edmond Stop When You Want Something Easy

What I liked about it is how specific the place is. Edmond and OKC have plenty of broader arcade options, but The Claw Factory is built around one particular kind of fun: the little pause before the claw drops, the wobble of the prize, the crowd judgment when somebody almost gets it, and the occasional victory that makes everyone act like they knew the angle all along.

It is good for kids, but not only kids. Adults who like collectibles, anime figures, blind boxes, or the weird satisfaction of trying to outsmart a machine will understand the appeal pretty fast. It also works as a quick stop before dinner, an after-school reward, a low-pressure date idea, or something to do when Oklahoma weather has made outdoor plans a bad idea again.

The business also lists party and event reservations, including group parties, collaborative events, promotion events, and fundraising events. That makes sense for this kind of place. It is contained, bright, and easy to explain to a group: get coins, pick your machine, start chasing the prize.

I would not overcomplicate it. If you are near south Edmond and want something fun that is not another movie, meal, or trip through a big-box store, The Claw Factory is worth putting on the list. Just know yourself before you start chasing that one prize in the back corner. The claw always knows when you care.
